The Venue of the Conference

Wembley Stadium

The original WEMBLEY STADIUM was built in 1923 and was used for the 1948 Summer Olympic Games. In 2002 it was demolished and five years later, in 2007, a new 90,000 seat venue opened in the same site.
It is the largest football stadium in England and the second-largest stadium in Europe, after Camp Nou.
The stadium hosts major football matches including home matches of the England National Football team and the FA Cup Final. It is also planned to host the semi-finals and final of Euro 2020, the quadrennial international men’s football championship of Europe organised by UEFA. Apart from football matches it usually hosts the Rugby League Challenge Cup final, the American Football (NFL) games and music concerts.
